Our Story
Comfort that earns its place
Marrow & Hound began with a simple frustration: dog beds that either looked good or lasted, but never both.

Where it started
We kept buying beds for our own dogs and kept replacing them. The covers pilled. The foam flattened. The ones that survived a wash looked like hospital equipment, and the ones that looked good could not be cleaned at all.
So we started again from the inside. We worked out which layer needed to be waterproof, which needed to be washable, and which needed to stay put — then made each one separately, so any of them can be removed, cleaned or replaced on its own.
What came out of that is a bed designed around real life with a dog: mud, rain, shedding, old joints and long afternoon sleeps — in a shape and a palette that still belongs in your living room.
What we build for
Made to be washed
A dog bed that cannot be cleaned properly is a dog bed you will replace. Ours come apart in layers, so the part that takes the wear is the part that comes off.
Built to be repaired
Covers, throws and protectors are all sold separately. Refresh a colour or replace a worn panel without throwing away the support underneath.
Quiet in a room
Four tones drawn from natural materials, chosen so a dog bed can sit in a living room without shouting for attention.
